The leaves of the avocado, avocado tree also known as or avocado, and is known scientifically as Persea gratissima has important medicinal properties, which can be used for colds.
The best way to consume the avocado leaves for colds is by making a tea of avocado. For the preparation of this tea we need the following ingredients:
* 6-10 avocado leaves.
* ½ clove of garlic.
* 1 liter of water.
* Honey.
The method of preparation is to wash the leaves of the avocado and mash the garlic clove half.
Then you should add the garlic leaves and a liter of water and boil for about 8 minutes. Subsequently the infusion should let it sit for about 4 minutes and is ready to be served.
This home remedy for colds, can be consumed in doses of 2 or 3 cups a day. Finally, for each cup you can add a teaspoon of honey to sweeten.
The onion plant, known scientifically as Allium cepa, has interesting medicinal properties. Within these properties, notably with expectorant and cough suppressant, because of which we can use the bulb of the onion to make a home remedy for cough.
To prepare the onion home remedy we need the following ingredients:
* 1 medium onion bulb
* 1 lemon
* Honey
The cooking is fairly simple, we only follow the following procedure:
* Peel the onion bulb and cut into small pieces.
* Place the onion in a bowl billet
* Extract the lemon juice and onion
