In short, these are usually the most common ways of preparing medicinal plants, but not the only ones, are also tinctures, inhalations, or vapors, decoctions, compresses or hot packs, elixirs, medicinal soaps juices or juices.
There are a lot of medicinal plants, some very useful properties for health and that can help us a lot in case of illness or to prevent diseases and health problems.
