The green tea tree can grow to 10 meters and is highly branched, has creamy-white flowers, appearing axillary and solitary in groups of 2 or 3. Native to Southeast Asia and widely cultivated in areas with warm, humid climate.
Some properties of green tea is that it is diuretic, general stimulant, lipolytic, anti-aggregatory platelet angioprotector, anti-inflammatory and reduces the absorption of certain nutrients. It applies in cases of hypotension. It is helping in the treatment of obesity, prevention of thromboembolism, migraine, and cellulitis in external use.
